Raj Kumar Mothe
Raj joined the Human Predictions India team in 2026 as an Associate Scientist. Raj brings diverse industry experience, having previously worked with leading organizations including Novartis, CAPITA, Marksman Health care, OPEN Health and PUTNAM. Across these roles, he has contributed to a wide range of projects spanning systematic literature reviews, targeted literature reviews, and real-world evidence synthesis.
His core competencies include end-to-end management of literature reviews, evidence synthesis, PICOS-based study screening, and application of AI tools in research workflows. He has hands-on experience with platforms such as EasySLR, Abstrackr, Rayyan, and Nested Knowledge, and has actively explored the integration of AI (including GPT-based approaches) in accelerating systematic review processes.
Raj has also contributed to multiple research outputs and publications, particularly in the areas of evidence synthesis and disease-specific literature analysis. His work reflects a strong commitment to methodological rigor, innovation, and the effective translation of data into actionable insights.
Raj holds a Master’s degree from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER).
