Ganesh Bhushi

Ganesh joined the Human Predictions India team in 2025 as an Associate Scientist II. Prior to joining Human Predictions, Ganesh worked as a Principal Medical Writer at BioQuest Solutions, where he was responsible for end-to-end project management and for developing scientific content crafted to clinical and pharmaceutical audiences—particularly in evidence synthesis projects supporting the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team. His work involved developing protocols, designing search strategies for various databases, screening and critical appraisal, data extraction, quality control, and conducting meta-analyses and network meta-analyses using statistical software such as R and STATA. Ganesh has a strong background in evidence-based medicine, pharmacy, and public health research, with specialized expertise in systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and network meta-analyses. He is passionate about mentoring and has trained junior researchers in systematic review methodology and scientific communication.

Ganesh holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy Practice from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hajipur, India, and is driven by a commitment to translating complex evidence into actionable insights that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
