Ronda K. Rippley

Ronda joined the Human Predictions team in 2026 as the President of Clinical Pharmacology. Prior to joining Human Predictions, Ronda most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Quantitative Translational Pharmacology at Blueprint Medicines, where she reported to the Chief Scientific Officer and led a multi‑functional organization spanning toxicology, DMPK, nonclinical pharmacology, clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, bioanalysis, and laboratory animal resources. She built new leadership teams, implemented quality systems, integrated quantitative decision‑making across discovery and early development, and played a central role in governance and portfolio strategy. Her work directly impacted multiple development candidate selections, INDs, first‑in‑human studies, and advancement into Phase 2.

Across previous leadership roles at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, Boston Pharmaceuticals, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, and Merck & Co., Ronda founded and scaled clinical and quantitative pharmacology functions, elevated the impact of translational science, and supported late‑stage development, regulatory filings, and product launches. Her contributions span a broad range of therapeutic areas and modalities and have helped enable eight marketed products.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to align scientific rigor with business priorities, Ronda is also a recognized leader in the professional community, previously serving on the IQ Consortium Board of Directors and in multiple leadership roles within the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics.

She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas, USA.
