Preethi Damodaran

Preethi joined the Human Predictions India team in 2025 as a Scientist. Prior to Human Predictions, Preethi served as a Senior Associate in the Pharmacometrics division at Pfizer, where she played a crucial role in project lifecycle management of research data, including systematic literature searches, data curation, quality control, and the generation of high-integrity datasets. She has experience writing R scripts for quality control and graphical analysis, standardizing datasets and file formats, and developing protocols to improve operational efficiency.

Preethi has contributed to non-compartmental analysis (NCA) report quality control and supported the development of comprehensive population modeling reports. She was trained in meta-analysis and pharmacometric modeling by industry experts at Pfizer, and has mentored associates to foster a collaborative, knowledge-driven environment.

Preethi holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Technology, as well as a PhD in Computational Biology from Anna University, Chennai, India.
