Harini joined Human Predictions in 2025 as an Associate Scientist. Previously, she worked as an Associate Pharmacometrics at Pfizer, where she focused on advancing therapeutic solutions through meticulous literature searches across multiple databases, covering diverse therapeutic areas, and clinical data curation. Harini has a foundational understanding of R programming and data visualization with R Shiny, which ensures the accuracy and reliability of her data insights. Her earlier experience includes scientific literature curation at Excelra, specializing in PK Parameters with structural activity relationships. She also worked at a Biotech research institute on academic projects involving phytochemical, microbial assays, and molecular techniques.

Harini holds a professional degree M.Sc in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Madras, India.
