Rohan Jagdale

Rohan joined the Human Predictions India team in 2026 as an Associate Scientist II. Prior to joining Human Predictions, he worked as a Consultant at Synthesa, where he contributed extensively to systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, network meta-analyses, and risk-of-bias assessments.

In his role, Rohan was responsible for risk-of-bias assessment, literature screening, data extraction, and quality control of extracted data across multiple therapeutic areas, using internal LLM-based and AI-enabled tools under expert human supervision, ensuring scientific rigor and methodological accuracy. Through this work, he developed experience applying AI technologies to support evidence synthesis.

Rohan holds a master’s degree in the department of pharmacy practice from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Guwahati, India, where he focused on advancing clinical practice through evidence-based medicine.
