Neelima Aleti

Neelima joined the Human Predictions India team in 2024 as a Scientist. Prior to Human Predictions, Neelima served as a Senior Research Analyst at Excelra, where she was involved in systematic review and meta-analyses including, search strategy, biomarker data extraction, data extraction, quality assessment, quality checks, data standardization, and protocol writing. She has also worked on clinical data management, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), real-world evidence (RWE), and clinical trial success analysis. Neelima has experience leading people and project management, working under multiple clients, and training new hires.

Neelima holds an integrated degree in Doctor of Pharmacy from Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar, India.
