Eric Chow

Eric joined Human Predictions as Chief Software Architect in 2023. Prior to joining Human Predictions, Eric was a lead developer for an electronic medical records (EMR) system at athenahealth improving data quality and user experiences at thousands of hospitals, specialty and primary care practices, and urgent care clinics for 8 years.  During his time at athenahealth, Eric developed search tools for ICD-10, orchestrated certification for Meaningful Use (Stage 2) for athenahealth’s hospital product, and led initiatives to modernize clinical document management in the application. His time at athenahealth was followed by a 2-year foray into entrepreneurship developing web user-interface testing and optimization tools. Eric is experienced in clinical laboratory data processing, web application test automation, and electronic charting in the hospital care setting.

Eric received his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Brandeis University, USA.
