Ranjith Vagicharla

Ranjith joined the Human Predictions India team in 2026 as a Senior Scientist. Prior to this role, he worked as a Consultant at IQVIA, where he contributed to systematic and targeted literature reviews (SLR/TLR) supporting Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). His work involved developing protocols, designing and executing search strategies across databases such as PubMed, Embase, Ovid, and Cochrane, conducting grey literature reviews, and delivering high-quality evidence synthesis aligned with HTA and client requirements. He contributed to data extraction and analysis, ensured quality checks were consistently met, and supported the delivery of high-quality evidence tailored to client and HTA requirements. He also mentored junior team members while supporting real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives.

Before joining IQVIA, Ranjith worked at Freyr Solutions as an Assistant Manager, where he handled Regulatory Information Management (RIMS) and xEVMPD activities, including data validation, transformation, and submissions to regulatory bodies (EMA). He was also involved in IDMP implementation work, gap assessments, client deliverables, and team training, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Earlier in his career, Ranjith held roles at Clinchoice (iMEDGlobal), Tech Mahindra, and Cognizant, where he built strong experience in Pharmacovigilance, including end-to-end Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing, EudraVigilance reporting, and safety database management using tools like Argus. He began his career at GVK BioSciences as a Research Associate, working on clinical data extraction, literature screening, and evidence generation across multiple therapeutic areas.

Ranjith holds a Master’s in Pharmacy with a specialization in Pharmacology from Gautham College of Pharmacy, Bengaluru.
