Bhargav Gunnepalli

Bhargav joined the Human Predictions India team in 2025 as a Clinical Data Programmer II. Prior to starting at Human Predictions, Bhargav worked as a Research Associate-II at Aurigene Oncology Ltd. Bhargav is an experienced scientist specializing in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics, with deep expertise in in-vivo pharmacokinetics, quantitative biotransformation, In Vitro-In Vivo Correlation, and PK/PD correlations. He is skilled in pharmacokinetic modeling, mass balance studies, and LC-MS/MS-based bioanalysis, with proficiency in tools such as Phoenix WinNonlin, Monolix, R, and Sciex Analyst.

Bhargav is passionate about translating preclinical insights into clinical impact through data-driven dose optimization and is particularly interested in the role of genetic polymorphisms in influencing drug response across diverse populations.

Bhargav received his Master’s in Pharmacy (Pharmacology) from ANUCPS, India.
