AMY MCPHERSON

Amy joined the Human Predictions team as Operations and Communications Manager in October 2025. Amy is an experienced leader with a passion for clear communication, strategic planning, and leading collaborative teams. Before joining Human Predictions, she spent more than 20 years with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where she gained experience in federal government policy, communications, and project management.

At Human Predictions, Amy combines her background in leadership and communications with her love of process improvement to keep operations running smoothly and ensure that the team’s innovative work reaches the right audiences in the right way.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA.
